Try washing it with vinegar and let it sit for about 30 minutes and then wash it like normal.

This blender is not designed to blend hot ingredients. With this being said, it is easy to clean. All the attachments, excluding the FreshVac™ Pump, are dishwasher safe. Ensure that the blade assemblies are removed from their vessels before placing them in the dishwasher. We recommend putting the blade assemblies and lids on the top shelf of the dishwasher. To clean the FreshVac™ Pump, apply an all-purpose cleaner to a soft cloth and wipe gently. Never submerge the pump in water or any other liquid. To hand-wash the attachments, use warm, soapy water. Use care when washing the blade assemblies; use a dishwashing utensil with a handle to avoid direct contact with the blades. Thoroughly rinse and air-dry all parts. We hope this information helps.
