SharkNinja prioritizes the sourcing of materials that are designed without intentionally added PFAS wherever possible. PFAS (a class of more than 15,000 different chemical compounds) are pervasive and persistent in both the environment and a wide range of consumer products which makes it virtually impossible to confirm that a product is completely free of any PFAS based on the potential for unintentional contamination. However, SharkNinja has taken steps to design products without the intentional use of PFAS where there are viable alternatives, and to work with its suppliers to develop alternatives where none currently exist. In situations where there is no current alternative to the use of PFAS substances we are disclosing that use to our customers while we continue to look for alternative solutions to continue to provide the same level of quality and performance that you expect from SharkNinja.
