Yes. It does. You get a poster that you can buy for 1000 bells, that will be delivered to you. You can buy as many as you want of it. So you could give them to your friends. Or trade with people who have posters of some of the other ones. She is also useable in the Photopia section of the game. I don't think she can be added as a villager. But she does randomly show up in the game.
