My best suggestion is to follow a Twitter account like Amiibo News, people like them take the time to stay on top of things like preorders and alert others when they do. That’s how I found out about this preorder when they posted something I had my notifications on and immediately grabbed some from it. I think they purposely avoid giving exact dates and times cause scalpers abuse preorders aswell.
