A:AnswerThey had preorders starting on the 20th. They have been restocking every day and I snagged a pack yesterday. They restocked last night around 9-10 est.
A:Answershort answer is NEVER. Nintendo produces one run only. I guess they think that making the cards rare makes them awesome. No concept of customer satisfaction.
