“How long does it take for e-card code delivery? When purchasing from other stores, the code usually generates within a few minutes of purchase. This is taking much longer than I was expecting. The order still says “received” even after 10+ minutes”

• You have to wait a little longer and confirm your payment method has been debited and be sure you check your email for updates

• Some time the billing address and mailing address do not match along with names, it will not work.

• I’ve purchased an e-card a few times already. I noticed time can range between 15 minutes to 2 hours depending the time I made the purchase. I notice a small delay if I place a purchase pass 1 am. Double check the spam or junk folder.
