• Yes, and they really won't ask for any information about you except for your email probably.

• Usually name address telephone number and credit card info. Be advised thid card is good ONLY for the North American eShop. You may have trouble entering your billing address for your credit card since it's typically set to US addresses. Provided you can enter that you also MAY incur an additional charge for an international charge depending on your bank.
