- Answer The switch is perfectly fine; refurbished just means usually the console has been used, but tested to make sure it works. Old means it is not guaranteed to work. That's the difference.

- Answer Nothing was wrong with it, the people didn't want it anymore so Best Buy tested it and it worked. That's what refurbished means compared to used. HAVE A NICE DAY!
