It is absolutely not guaranteed. I've had my preorder change status "your order is delayed". Support offers no help or alternatives. They just fall back to "sorry this happened. Cancel the order or wait"

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure if you pre-ordered but it’s definitely not guaranteed. I never received my mat and never will. I have contacted best buy support since my order was stagnant and the shipping info wasn’t being updated. Had to put a “replacement order request” in and to be picked up in person. And when I went to the nearest store that had them in stock (1.5 hours away from my town) I was informed that they had one in the back but It didn’t have my name on it and they would not be receiving any more in stock. So definitely not guaranteed even though they had the promotion up on their app for months.
