Unless you purchase a Switch bundle that includes a game or if there is some sort of promotion going on at the store, generally no. When I purchased my Switch Lite, it came with no games. But there are plenty of great deals going on right now for all consoles, games and accessories.

When I bought my switch last year, they had a deal going on that it would come with a game. Unless usually the switches don’t come with a game. You can go download the free games over in the Nintendo store once you get the switch. The have the old games you can download for free on the switch.
