A:Answer I feel for you, I will share what I've learned. When the pre order button turns yellow, there is ONE switch for sale. They seem to randomly put one up on the website many times a day. There are apps and websites you can use to track when the pre order is available and in stock. In my experience, they will let you add it to the cart before you can check out with it. So I add it to the cart, checkout, and if it says "Sorry, we just found out this is out of stock" refresh the page, and repeat. Eventually, they let you select a shipping option (to store or to your house) which means they will let you actually check out with it soon. I got ONE after six days of trying. Highly recommend making a best buy account and saving your purchase info and shipping address, because even if you follow all those steps, other people may still beat you to it and anything you can do to speed up the check out process helps.
