Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They give you a card when you purchase a Nintendo Switch at Best Buy. It's Been a while since I got one but I believe you scratch off the code and go to settings on the switch and go to Nintendo Online and there will be an option to enter the code. After you enter the valid code it will tell you that you have a free trial and terms & conditions. And it will remind you of when payment is due after the free trial.

This is the address I got it from: [email protected] however, looking up Best Buy in your search bar should be enough. Mine was sent right after my order was shipped. Hope this helped!
