Even if you are able to actually order, you're still not guaranteed to get one. Best Buy can cancel your order if they oversold. I too was able to order one on November 13th but I'm not counting my Pokémon just yet. Hoping my order doesn't get canceled.

If it is like what happened with the Smash Bros, Bundle people who cancelled there order will still have the item shipped to Best Buy and they will have them sitting behind the pick up area. So just ask if there are any on the 16th and you might be lucky to snag the extras.
