- Answer You can only get them from NIU. They have an absolutely horrible repair policy and all parts are proprietary so a bike shop can't help you as I tried to have it repaired at my local shop when I realized how difficult NIU was to deal with. If you are in the return windows still please return the bike because if you have an issue you will have major problems getting it resolved. Read my review on best buy titled" Niu bqi c3 Nightmare".

- Answer When I received my Ebike, had same problem. You need to loosen fork retaining mount, then turn the fork 180 degrees, into the correct position. The manufacter installed the fork backwards.

- Answer Recommended, only use NIU's proper charger for your bike. Though my batteries are still working good, my charger quit working only after 1 year. Had to purchase a new one.

- Answer The bike doesn’t go 90 miles. Im angry too at the lie. I made a trip for 4 miles and the battery went from 100 to 65% charge.
