• I have the same issue, contacted with them before, seems they have to ship the product back and pay around 93$ plus fees to fix it for you as they don’t have the tire itself.

• Try the company website. They have an easy to use website. Quick chargers and other accessories. Also tire has a size on the side of it. Amazon or a bike shop may carry this particular tire.
