Is there a zero start mode or just kick to start? null

There is a zero start mode, which can be setup in the application.

Both - after completing the tutorial in the app, you will have the option to turn off "kick to start" in the settings app. You can choose between zero start and kick to start

It’s kick start which I think is safe for beginner users.

You can turn kick start mode off in the app.
