How do I make it go faster than 10mph null

Power button single tap after turning on the scooter is on. This changes/toggles the driving modes.should be visible on the display as well.double tap will turn lights on/off

As others had said. You more than likely have it in Eco-Mode and need to put it in standard mode. If you see a shoe/foot, then you have it in walk mode aka pedestrian mode. Single press of the power button will take it out of the current drive mode you have it in. If you see "E-Save" your in eco-mode. If you dont see it then your in just regular/standard drive mode. In the app you can easily swap modes. If you quickly press the power button 5 times will put it in walk mode. Five more quick presses will get you of walk mode. Setting the speed in the app is considered custom mode it lets you set the max speed within the devices speed range. Tried to upload pics but they all erroed out.

Your able to adjust the speed in the app.

Take it out of econ mode or walk mode.

Download the app and you can change it in the settings
