It says 220 lbs. I believe it the less weight better performance.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I weigh over 250 and had it going 14 mph on level roads but when going over incline about 20 degrees was only doing 5 mph. Granted my daughter who the scooter was bought for weigh only 130 lbs and she had it going 18 mph on level ground and incline. The recommended weight for the scooter is 220lbs and that's probably a good recommendation.
