Yes, I ride it up a pretty steep bridge near my house and I’m about 265 lbs.

Going up hill has a few determining factors. The degree of the incline...10°, 15-20°, etc. The steeper the incline the slower the scooter will go. If you're going 17mph and reach a 15° incline, your speed can drop to 4-5 mph depending on the length of the hill. You may have to walk the scooter a bit if it's a longer incline. Again, the riders weight is also a factor.

In a word: yes! Of course your pickup speed will be determined by the weight of the rider. Has great pull tho.
