- Answer Thanks for your question. Yes the power supply has an input voltage of 100-240. You will need the correct wall adaptor for the country where you are using the frame.

QuestionHow long is the power cable? Is it possible to extend it with a simple usb extension cable?

- Answer Thanks so much for your question. Unfortunately that isn't possible since we use an ac power adaptor for our fames. Another solution would be an extension cord.

- Answer If you are uploading on Nixplay website, there is no limit. If you are uploading on Nixplay Mobile App, you can upload up to 100 photos at a time.

QuestionIs this larger screen model of NixPlay also capable of playing 15 second or smaller video clips? It isn't listed in the features and I know that the smaller 10.1 screen version can.

QuestionI want to give this to my elderly father in an assisted living home so that the children can upload photos from all over the country and he can watch them without doing anything himself. Is this how it can work? They will just automatically cycle in?

- Answer Hi. Yes, that is how it can work. You leave the frame turn on in the home, assign a specific playlist to it. Then anyone in the family can either email to that frame or add to a 'Shared Playlist' which requires the Nixplay app, but anyone can download and use, even if they don't have a frame. Any photos sent will instantly appear on the frame.

- Answer Nixplay works with other smart devices, such as Alexa and Google Assistant. Further, they have a smarter finish in design also: Nixplay Smart Photo Frames are also wall-mountable, allowing for a smarter finish. They also have an improved cable stand, which now attaches at the centre of the frame rear for greater stability.

- Answer Yes. The frame should detect the correct orientation of the photo. If you physically rotate the frame also, the picture will rotate accordingly.

- Answer The Nixplay Frame will not display the file name of the pictures. However, you can add captions to photos that will be displayed together with the photos on the Nixplay frame.
