how do i turn on&off my w10k nixplay null

Seems to be some confusion about remote control. Nixplay customer service said "Using your remote control, go to 'Settings', " But another posting says there is no remote control. Which is it?

Using your remote control, go to 'Settings', scrolling down the screen until you see the ‘Auto Power’ ON and OFF time: If you want the frame to turn on at 9am, then set “Auto ON” to: 09:00 ON (The word to the right of the time must be set to "on" for the function to be set to on) If you want the frame to turn off at 7pm, then set “Auto OFF” to 19:00 ON (The word to the right of the time must be set to "on" for the function to be set to on)
