Sorry. The only place offering refunds were Steam & Good Old Games where you bought the game digitally. Big Box stores like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc usually never let you return opened video games. Best bet is to sell it your self or trade it in towards something else

You can try to opt for a trade in for store credit in the future but you cannot receive a full refund once the package has been opened. If the game has not been opened varying by best buys refund policy, you can trade it in during a time frame after your purchase

Best Buy sells the game because the creator can't. They have a return policy for a reason if you don't like the game THEN RETURN IT! Learn how retail works, if you have a issue with the games content go to the creator, Best Buy did not promis you any thing Hello games did
