• Hi! Yes it sure does! Plus, you can also access it digitally via the My Phone app on your device. The device is unlocked and compatible with all the GSM carriers listed in the product description in addition to AT&T. Thanks for your interest :)

• It does have an owners manual with it, but it is very tiny and you have to have good eyes or a magnifying glass to read it.
