A:AnswerTo turn on, just hold on to the end call button; same for turn off. To access contacts just play with the square and you'll find the contacts icon you will actually have to push the buttons, hope this helps.

A:AnswerTry the sim and see if you have service. I was accidentally sent an at&t phone instead of unlocked. The sim would not work and no service. I contacted customer service and we compared sku between sent item box and order. They were not the same. I returned and was charged a restock fee, almost price of phone! Today they say I will receive the rest of refund.. because they sent wrong item!
