• I use Tracfone. You cannot simply plug in your sim card and expect there to be service. I had to buy a "Bring your own phone" sim kit, and called customer service to help me activate it. Also, this phone has two sim card slots. It matters which slot you use, and if you use the wrong one, expect there to be issues. Its just a matter of moving the card into the other slot.
