I chatted with an online CSR from Nokia earlier today. The specs on Nokia's website say this phone is compatible with both GSM and WCDMA networks, so I wanted to find out for sure. The person I chatted with said that the phone should indeed work with Verizon.

This is an Android one phone and will basically work on almost any network assuming you've got the correct region. Bought one for my girlfriend, we have Verizon, swapped the SIM card and it worked with zero issues. Someone on here talked to Nokia direct and they told them it would work. Don't ever talk to the service provider on whether a phone will work on their network because they have no idea. They just go off what it says on their screen in front of them which is usually inaccurate if it's not a phone that they sell.

We will work with Amazon to correct this information as soon as possible! Our Nokia 7.1, however, is compatible with Verizon if you'd like to try that model :)
