• A:Answer not necessarily. I don't know why some customer service reps claim that a new SIM is needed since the SIM keeps that "ID number" in the network. I would suggest to double check with your carrier to see if they give out a new SIM

• A:Answer for specs I would suggest looking elsewhere (Nokia's website, or GSM arena), and yes, it is compatible with T-Mobile's 5G network. No. No wireless charging

I have this phone and was a boost mobile customer for nine years but had to switch to another company after learning the hard way, that its not compatible with Boost Mobile (Originally, I was told that it is compatible but, boost mobile says it's not and that they're not able to try to activate it)
