“Is this software good forever? I can buy the 2019 version for much less than the 2020 version. Why would I want the newer version?”

When I researched this, I couldn't find any information that said it was year specific or of that nature. That's why I brought it. I was also wanting one that my spouse would be able to use and so far it looks like she should be able to.
