First year with Best Buy then Nordic track. If it’s a software issue, call IFIT, they are absolutely great about helping.

Both resources are available to you if you have any problems or questions. BestBuy’s services would give you options for returns/exchanges. We highly recommend reaching out to us as the manufacturer directly.

NordicTrack’s policy is to ensure every purchasing customer has a machine functioning as designed and will do everything possible to resolve and repair issues. Contact us and you will receive help troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing any part of the machine under your manufacturer warranty. If any repair is outside of warranty, the solutions will be offered for purchase.
