Mom The overall measurement for this bike is 22” wide by 60” long. The stronger the mat, the more stable your bike would be over cushioned carpet. The mats on nordictrack.com measure 36”x72” or 40”x80” but are somewhat thin. They are meant to protect the floor more than stabilize equipment. The cycling unit should not rock.
