In my opinion, yes. Specifically for the studio cycle, they have trail rides, road rides, studio workouts - you can even participate in every leg of a multi-day bike marathon. What I'm particularly loving about iFit is how a single membership works across all of the compatible equipment, so I get to mix it up with many different types of workouts across multiple types of equipment. I also find the monthly challenge series motivating and rewarding, as it gets me to try different things I probably wouldn't have otherwise.
