My understanding is the return policy is the same for most Best Buy purchases which is 30 days or 45 days if you are an Elite member. I own the product and was having an issue with the magnetic resistance not working. Best Buy offered me the option to return the cycle and we began the process. The Geek Squad was literally in my driveway to pick up the cycle when I powered up he cycle one last time to make certain the issue with the magnetic resistance still existed. I fired it up and checked for updates. There was an update available so I updated the program. I then checked whether the magnetic resistance was working and to my surprise it was. I had updated a couple of times prior and it still wasn’t functioning properly. I don’t know if it was coincidence or if the update corrected the problem. I do know that now that the mag resistance is working I truly love the cycle.
