Depends on which version. The first edition which I believe they don't sell anymore is very noisy but the last 2 editions are quiet

In other customer reviews, they reported that this machine “makes zero noise,” “no mechanical noise while you ride” and “very quiet.” This model should not bother anyone in the next room, or in the same room for that matter.
