• SuperDad This answer varies depending on user height. However, the walking platform is 12.5” off the floor. So add 13” to your user height and that would be the minimum ceiling height recommended. A seven foot ceiling would be high enough to allow a user under 6” tall. Most ceilings are higher than this. Thanks - NordicTrack
