A:Answer I purchased this machine for my wife in January and while watching the iFIT programs the belt would randomly stop on her and then pick speed back up. Then the incline wouldn’t work. We called to get support with no help. We would turn on and off the machine several times and lay it on its side for a few minutes and eventually it would work properly again, but usually would mess up again on the next run/walk at about 9-12 mins in. I’m not entirely sure if there is a known issue with the product, but we have experienced issues within days of using it. I also had gotten the machine on a heavy discount but it was new in the box.
