This treadmill is extremely heavy...it’s not impossible but will definitely take a few strong bodies to help because it is not little/light in weight. With that being said, it is like no others! The transitions into incline to flat to decline are seamless, practically unnoticeable. I would not look into another just because of the weight because all treadmills are generally big and heavy and this one is unmatched in quality.

You almost need 1 on each end to lift and one to keep it upright as it is more heavy on one side. if your stairs are carpeted you could possibly rig something where you pull it up, while a person pushes and it slides up the stairs.
