The rack with J-hooks and spotter arms allows you to do traditional barbell exercises (Bench Press, Squats, etc..). This effectively makes the machine a 2-in-1 to be able to use both the cable pulleys with magnetic resistance and free weights. My assumption is that iFit will slowly release content that integrates the Rack component, however there is nothing available as of yet.
