Bruce Thank you for your interest in our Fusion CST Pro machine. For questions regarding shipping, we recommend contacting Best Buy directly as they manage their own inventory and shipment of our products. This unit can be assembled in 22 steps which are fully outlined in the user’s manual. It is recommended to have two or three people to help with the assembly process. When shipped, the weight of this unit is approximately 441 pounds. This weight does include all packaging materials as well. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
