“What is the squat feature? Does the bar come Down from the top or is additional bar included? I see it included squat pulleys but I’m trying to figure out how this is different Than the first model besides the pull up bar?”

Ali We believe this question is referring to a comparison between the Fusion CST Pro as compared with the Fusion CST? It may help to visit nordictrack.com/strength-training to look at a picture of these two items side by side to compare. The Fusion CST is smaller and lighter (378 lbs in box) than the Fusion CST Pro (638 lbs in box), as the Pro has an added frame to use like a weight bench and do pull-ups.
