I used the number after the dot in the model number. Mine was like this 1122334455.1, so I used 1122334455 as the model number and the 1 at the end as version number. The model number is on a sticker under the unit. I was very frustrated that stickers like this are inaccessible and the directions written by someone that has not actually ever used the machine. Took me three days to get it turned on. Secret tip: apparently you have to press and hold the iFIT button, otherwise the user interface will fool you into thinking it’s working when it’s not.
