“The monitor is stuck on HELLO. How can I get this to work”

• Had to press the iFit button for about 30 sec then unplug the machine for 5 min, then after plugging back in, hold the iFit button down again until the zeros appear

• Press and hold the blue IFIT/Sync button in the middle of the screen. You will get the Watts/Time/Cals screen.

• You have to download the “optional” app on your smart device. You may have to subscribe to the “optional” fitness tracking software service. (I don’t know. I did because by this time I was desperate.) then you sync the app with the rower over Bluetooth and you are in business.
