This rower has a total weight capacity of 250 lbs to offer safe use. Some may possibly get away with going ten pounds over, but it would be safest to recommend you find a piece of equipment with a capacity at 300 lbs. As a general rule our equipment is designed with a height range from about 5’2” to 6’4” but what is important with this type of equipment is the rail length.
