It's not too difficult, just a few screws; however, it is a bit heavy and requires you to balance the screen while installing, so it's a bit awkward. You may want to download the owner's manual from NordicTrack and review the assembly instructions for more details.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is easy to put together, if you can use a screwdriver it is fine. It is solid and may be a little heavy to fold into the compact position. If you can leave it down, you don't have to do anything with it from a weight stand point. If you are in good enough shape to row with it, I probably is not a problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NordicTrack (and I) recommend two people to assemble the equipment. It’s a little cumbersome until you get the seat and glide rail attached. Once that is accomplished it’s pretty straight forward and if you follow their assembly instructions, not overly complicated. Make note of the serial number before assembling as it’s in an awkward spot and you will need for warranty registration. You also have to register for your free trial period of iFit to get display screen to work. Still, with help, you can be up and running in an hour.
