The NordicTrack RW500 Rower has a 5” Backlit Display to keep track of your workout stats with readouts that include watts, strokes per minute, total strokes, time, calories, distance, and 500 m split. Although the retailer may have promotions with a free tablet sometimes, the rower does not always come with a tablet. You may use your favorite tablet or phone with the machine. iFIT has changed the subscription payment period from annually to monthly to allow more flexibility for our members. Free trial offers are subject to change; however, the offer advertised at the time of your purchase will be honored. *Most iFIT enabled products include a 30-day free trial.
