“Does the subscription start from date of purchase or from date of installation?”

• Nobody could answer this question, not even Norton, but logically I believe it starts from the date of installation.

• Hi Betty - Thanks for your question. The 1-year license doesn’t start until you activate the code at norton.com/setup. Basically, purchased license keys only start 'ticking' at installation, and will not expire prior to activation. Also for existing Norton accounts, note that if you already have an active license this code won’t extend it, but you can add this code to your Norton account and it will take over for the older one when it expires.
