Best Buy will send you an email link immediately after your digital purchase. You can also purchase this in store or for store locker pickup.

The email link will take your directly to the Norton website so you can download the digital product. The Best Buy link will also have your digital license for your product purchase so never delete this license key.

If you haven't purchased the Norton product(s) before you will need to register but once you do, the product license is also available in your customer product profile. Also you can contact Norton via chat or landline. You can also call the Best Buy Geek squad. I hope this helps.
