    • Answer Best Buy will send you an email link immediately after your digital purchase. You can also purchase this in store or for store locker pickup. The email link will take your directly to the Norton website so you can download the digital product. The Best Buy link will also have your digital license for your product purchase so never delete this license key. If you haven't purchased the Norton product(s) before you will need to register but once you do, the product license is also available in your customer product profile. Also you can contact Norton via chat or landline. You can also call the Best Buy Geek squad. I hope this helps.

    • Answer Not if you have a family as I do. 20 Devices is fantastic! Between my Wife, Daughter and Mother alone this product protects 10 devices and have added more devices which I put Norton on them all from the start. The annual subscription price can vary and Norton offers renewal incentives so make sure you have your current email address listed to receive the most current offer directly from Norton. And frequently you will find Best Buy has the same offer since they are an authorized agent.

    • Answer No, subscription is very high. Do what I have been doing for many years, activate it and go through the (forced) agreement for the subscription (auto renew). Once you have activated the product, you can go back and cancel the auto renewal and then delete your credit card information.

    • Answer I have loaded Norton 360 on computers already affected with malware/viruses and was able to perform a full scan and clean up the hard drives with no problem. However, you may encounter preexisting malware/viruses which are more pervasive and may hamper Norton’s ability to operate. These would have to be removed manually.
