No. This software is designed to convert clearly spoken, carefully articulated speed of one person at a time. It will not do well with many voices all speaking at different volumes, speeds, and so forth, especially considering the lousy audio over a telephone. It works best, and very well, if you feed it clear, articulate speech using a decent wide frequency range microphone in a fairly quiet room. Speak naturally, and in a normal tone and speed, and do not run your words together or speak with varying speed faster or slower for best results. It will not do well in a noisy environment with many speakers speaking at different speeds and volume levels. Your brain is a better processor than the software, so if you cannot follow the younger crowd on the phone, neither will the software. On the other hand, a professional dictating carefully at a normal pace in a quiet room can eliminate an expensive typist, making more money at a lower cost. I did that, and retired at a young age. Sorry this is not the tool for the job you describe - but it works swell for its intended application. Just MY take - your mileage may vary. R
