• No, this also will not unless you are doing a bulk quantity and lightly pulse it- not sure you would want to anyway as the speed is so fast that you may end up with garlic paste rather than a chop.

• Doubt it, the blades on this are narrow and centered high. Something as small as cloves I don't think it will cut/chop/puree.
