A:AnswerI include carrots in my smoothies and the thing I find takes a while to completely "juice" to liquid is heavy greens but not carrot. I think something like kale takes longer not b/c it's hard of course but b/c running all of it through just takes a while. How many watts does your juicer have. I started out with the 900 watt ninja and now have this. Neither have any problem turning carrots into a smooth juice. Most any veggie or fruit... this thing will work infinitely better than any traditional blender or juicer.

A:AnswerOn mine there are three attachments. It will read error if I have a particular attachment on and I select a choice that is intended for another attachment. If this is not the problem check to make sure the attachment is seated properly. I often have trouble seating the smoothie attachment. It must be twisted until it clicks in.
